To apply for a grant, do these things:
- Review our funding guidelines to ensure you, the dog, and the expenses, are eligible.
- If you have not applied for this dog before, start the application by giving your e-mail address and the dog's name.
- If you have made an application for this dog, and need to update it or ask for more, please select the application for an update. Do not start a new application for the dog unless instructed to by the grant committee
- Fill in the application information as thoroughly as possible. You must give the medical condition or a description of the reason for the expenses, and tell us the amount you want from CorgiAid.
- Upload at least one picture of your dog. If this dog is a mix, the pictures should include one picture that shows the dog standing and in profile to help us see the corgi in the dog.
- Submit the application. When you feel you have filled in all the needed information, submit the application to the CorgiAid grant committee.
- You may also upload receipts. If you cannot get a digital image of a receipt in jpg format, please fax it to 208-693-8342.
